How much does sponsorship cost; and what do I get for that?

There are two options for sponsoring a Tribute: for a year or per month. A year of sponsorship costs $29.95. You can also choose a recurring $4.95. Annual sponsorships have a 30-day, money-back guarantee. Monthly sponsorship can be canceled at any time.

Sponsoring a Tribute is a lasting gift; one appreciated by family and friends. It shows that you will always remember the life of someone special to you. You can sponsor a Tribute in your name, in someone else's name, or anonymously. This is displayed on the homepage of the Tribute as an acknowledgement that you cared enough to contribute to keeping everyone’s memories alive--and online--for everyone to share.

A sponsored Tribute is kept free of ads. It also includes unlimited uploads and unlimited storage of photos, videos, memories and condolences. A Respectance online memorial is the new tradition to show the world that you will always remember.

I'd prefer not to do online payment for my Tribute sponsorship. Is there another option to pay?

We're very sorry, but no. Respectance cannot accept offline payments. A family member or friend with a credit card may be able to help you. The name on the card does not have to be the name in which the Tribute is sponsored. It is also possible to pay using PayPal.

How do I find the security code on my credit card?

When you purchase online, you'll often be asked to provide an additional security code for your credit card. Also known as the CVC2 or CVV2 code, this 3- or 4-digit code is located on the card itself.

Do you offer something like an "eternal" sponsorship plan?

We get a lot of requests for a perpetual sponsorship plan. At the moment, we offer a maximum of 9 years sponsorship.

Can the same Tribute be sponsored more than once?

A Tribute can be sponsored for multiple years by multiple customers, but the sponsorship periods will not overlap. Sponsorship periods each run subsequent to the one before.

Are Tribute sponsorships considered a charitable gift for tax purposes?

Certainly they are appreciated as such by family and friends, but unfortunately the tax authorities may not agree. We recommend that you defer to your tax advisor for this answer.

I paid for an annual sponsorship but have changed my mind. How do I cancel?

You can cancel your annual sponsorship up to 30 days after ordering for a full refund. Simply get in touch with us and we tell you how to proceed.
