For many years I have travelled the roads to basketball games and know the precious cargo that was with me but when God calls those angels home we have no control over that. Remember those that have department with the good memories and pleasant times and remember although the game has ended here on earth the court is ready in heaven and may the grace of God be with you who are left behind until it is time to meet them all again

There are no words that I can say to ease your pain at this time, but you need to know that there is not a parent, bother or sister who knows of this tragedy who can only imagine the pain you are going through. You are in my thoughts and prayers, please know that people would do anything in their power to help you get through this, never to forget the happy memories you have of your sons. As difficult as it is , you will eventually find the strength to go on, knowing that your son is in another place ,and the day will come when you will see him again.

I'm a player, coach and referee. After hearing the news of these young men who lost their life I was deeply saddened. No parent should ever have to bury their child but god had called them home and needed them by his side. They're in a better place now so I hope the families can take peace in knowing that they're kids are in good hands. Coach keep your head up and remeber the good times you and your wife shared, it's those memories that will live within you forever and will help you through the hard times. You're all in my families prayers and I hope you can get through this.

This is what we do. Shuttle and transport our kids to wherever they have to be, often in less than ideal conditions. Their passion becomes our passion and the unthinkable, although ever present, does not prevent us from allowing our wonderful children to excel, grow, and become better citizens from team play. May you find peace, in time, knowing that all involved were doing what they loved most, Another basketball Mom from years past,

From one of your student's; Beth you were a wonderful teacher, a wonderful soul who loved your students, and it showed. When those of us believed we couldn't sing, you taught us different. Everyone who has a voice can sing. I hope that you are in a better place, I hope that you can see, how very important you were to all of us. You have touched our lives, and we will never forget you.

My heart goes out to the families of the victims. I watched the funeral on TV yesterday, and I can't imagine how those people are coping. I have two sons, and they travel with hockey and I worry every time they go on the road, and the road conditions here in NL are so dangerous at times. May God bless you all and support each other.

I am so sorry to hear of this terrible tragedy and for all of the families. I went to school in Quebec and I knew Nathan's Dad John. I can't imagine how you are feeling as I have children too and it must be very difficult to lose one. I hope God will give your family the strength to make it through this.
