We miss you and we know you are finally resting............
I hope you are finally resting in Peace
The list of children above is missing a few names. Dons heart was bigger than Texas. From a former marriage he legally adopted Brandon Grisham, and also spent a few years raising Brandon's sister Brenda Belyeu. He was a very loving man, always wanting to share experiences with you, very open minded. ( Don I still don't like Sushi.) I don't think he would have ever gotten tired of having kids around. Such a jolly soul and always fun to be around. God bless, see you soon enough! Brenda
I am one of the "forgotten" biological grandchildren. I am Charlise Lenet Grisham, daughter of Donald McFerrin Grisham, Jr.
You were never forgotten Charlise. Linda forgot to out some important relatives here. You are listed in his published obituary @ http://www.thegarlandnews.com/obits.cfm?article=7142 You are always loved.....................
oh so handsome
I’m so sorry for your loss. Don was a great man and I learned a lot from him. Though the Lord has called him to the heavens above, he will live on through all the lives he’s touched. God bless, Paul Psalm 18 1 I love you, O LORD, my strength. 2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

I will always think of Uncle Don and smile anytime I see someone wearing one of those fun and crazy "Hawaiian" shirts. Most of my family calls me "Amanda", but Uncle Don is one of the few that always called me Mandy. I always liked that. I was able to tell him that before he passed.
