I first met Jack while trying to find someone who could treat my shins. I'd been through 2 doctors, 3 physios and 2 massuers. He was the only one who knew how to treat them in a way that got results. Sure, it was painfull as hell, but within 3 weeks i had such massive improvement, I just couldn't believe it. From that point on, I didn't bother seeing anyone else. His knowledge of the body, of injuries, and his development of techniques was by far the best I have ever known. No matter what new injuries I developed, he was the man. On top of his medical skills, Jack's genuine caring, enthusiasm, and interest in whatever you were pursuing was such a positive energy. He would do whatever he could to help, would always ask and remember where you were at with competitions and training, and I would look forward to both his treatment and conversations - Always so enjoyable. Jack wasn't just my physio, he was my friend. He was someone who gave so much of himself, and was a true carer. I was lucky enough to know Jack for 4 years, and it makes me happy to think of our relationship and how positive it was. But it makes me very sad to know that I will miss him and his caring. I can only imagine how devasted everyone else around him is, and my thoughts go out to them. Keith Nyberg
