Hedley was my class teacher at Brighton High School in South Australia in 1960. He was an absolutely inspring teacher, and made a huge diifference in my life. A year or so ago I tracked him down and emailed him to tell him of the effect he had had on my life. He was kind enough to reply. There may never have been a better teacher.
