Jade you were an amazing women and the most brilliant mum. You had a hard upbringing and look what you made of yourself and the life you gave to your children. Your determination was amazing throughout your life and your courage so strong in death. I still miss you, even though i did not know you, somehow it felt we did know you. I went to your funeral service and always light a candle for you and the boys and your family. I am a successful business owner and mother of one, who likes to watch big brother. I watched it from the start and thought Jade was a lovable character and I was thrilled for her when she went on to do so well. Whe Jade was told she had cervical cancer it came as a shock to me - beacuse she was so young but also because I had not had a smear test for 9 years. So I made my appointment for a smear. Cut a long story short - I too had cervical cancer - but mine had been caught very early. I had a radical hysterectomy - like Jade - but to this day no more treatment. This Febuary I was one year cancer free. I can't tell you the fear I felt seeing Jade's struggle with the diease - I felt she was just a few months ahead of me - and that I would die too. But strangely it brought me a calm, her strength of character became a compass for me on how I should stay strong for my family and how not to look back. To Jade Goody I would say, thank you for saving my life and my sanity. Rest in peace sweetheart x

The first time I met Jade was when I presented her a few samples for her first perfume in a college in London. When she chose my perfume amongst the others I was so thrilled! She came down to Grasse in France and we had a lovely time. She will always have a special place in my heart. She was a very lovely girl, full of life, unpredictible, very bubbly and courageous till the end. May she rest in peace. All my thoughts are going today to her family and specially to her 2 kids.

I watched the programme on living last night, one yr on. Very sad but my sadness if for her Mother, you good feel the raw emotion in the voice. Also great to hear the boys father has stood up and not tried to cash in on Jades success. Relief to hear he got a court injunction to stop the vivious press from destroying these 2 boys childhood. Blame goes to the medical profession who missed such odvious signs. Anyway good bless Jades family
