When my mother passed away, I think the only think that kept me from losing it was some kind words from a friend 15 time zones away. Jason had a way about him, he brought sunshine into a room with his energy and smile. He'll be sorely missed by all who know him and anyone that crossed his path is better for it. Beautiful memories Nicole you are right your father was absolutely amazing ..... he always had a smile and always made others smile and laugh!!!! May be gone but certainly not forgotten.

Good on you, Nicole - a fine tribute to a good man. I knew Jason in ESMS and had not seen him since. Sorry I missed the funeral - I only found out tonight and I am so sad that he is gone. I took a lot of photos for ESMS and was in some shows as well. I married later in life and have a young son (12) and two older step-children too. I'd like to meet your family some day.

Darling Jason, I can hear your wonderful laugh and see your beautiful face light up as you smile. I have so many incredibly sweet, lovely memories of you from when you were born to the last time I saw you in Sydney when I got to hug you and tell you how much I loved you. He is a kind, gentle man, and very easy to be around. He is funny, knowledgable and generous. . . a pleasure to have had his company on the brief occassions that we met. He is the only man who truly appreciated my 'spectacular' voice.. :)

This photo is the first time I "saw" you ever, this big man with an amazing smile and holding that little bird. When I actually met you for the first time you were just the same, this tall, large man with these big but beautifully gentle hands, I can remember that I was totally fascinated by your hands and of course that smile. We miss you Jas, this still doesn't feel real, you should be down the hall at your computer, so I can just walk down to tell you something, or I should look up from my screen and see you standing there smiling at me over the top, or in the kitchen making us both a cup of tea.
