I saw Jeff Healy in play in Dublin Ireland a few years back and there was a drunk ass irishman heckling him about being blind saying "you're looking good" and shit and i thought his bass player was going to jump into the crowd and kick that guy's ass... Jeff was cool as hell, played it off and that rocked that place. What a badass. What a talent.

I loved Jeffs music and so sad for his families loss. my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jeff was such a great musician. Love and will miss him dearly. my heart aches today.

"The first time I knew of Jeff Healey was at alpine Valley, WI. He was playing with Clapton,Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Robert Cray. He blew them off the stage. Unfortunatley, we lost Stevie Ray that weekend, but I was introduced to Jeffs' music, and have been a fan ever since. My condolences to his family and friends. Him and Stevie Ray are joined once again! I'd like to hear that reunion.

Rest In Peace Jeff, you will be missed by family & many fans. God has taken you out of your pain & misery, so rock on my friend......

thanks for the music
you will be remembered

Jeff and I went to school together at ECI, so when the opportunity arose to see him at the Kee to Bala, I jumped at it. Going backstage to see him again was fantastic, a real walk down memory lane. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him personally, and those who only knew him through his music.

I saw Jeff play in a little small town fairgrounds in Ontario, first concert I had ever seen. He was amazing. A memory I will always cherish. We'll all miss you Jeff.

The world of music and our Canadians hearts are mourning with the sad passing of Jeff Healey. God was in need of a musical angel. When Jeff sang his song Angel eyes at Lulu's Roadhouse years ago, it was a moment I will never forget. He had angel eyes, Jeff sense of humour he share with his crowd at the beginning of his concert was funny. I will never forget his joke he share that evening at Lulu's in the early 90's. Jeff has said that evening "I can see all my friends made it they are all here up front it's good to see you again" Did he made the crowd laugh andwhen he started to play his music, Gee can Jeff Healey ever knew how to touch and move a crowd. Jeff knew exactly how to make you feel the music in your heart and feel every moment and enjoying it. Who would not enjoy Jeff Healey I do not know anyone because Jeff was an excellent Canadian Musician. I loved his concert. I wish to express my sincere sympathy to all his family members. As I am battling against breast cancer I will keep Jeff Healey in our prayers and thoughts. Jeff was an inspiring man with the visual impaired people and to many more. The talent he had was amazing. Angel eyes will never be forgotten, God bless you all and God bless our Jeff Healey He will be sadly missed but I God I thank you because Jeff Healey left us with memories and inspired me to fight stronger against cancer. Sincerely Annie P Woodstock, Ontario God bless you all
