Nan, I will always think of you when I look at my roses - some of them inspired from your garden - double delight, pierre du ronsard... I appreciate the time you spent with me showing me needlework and sewing and the times you showed your great love by sewing me outfits when I had no money and must have looked terrible! I thank you for the lovely holiday we spent with you and Aunty Beryl at Wagstaffe, your roast dinners and lovely Sago Pudding; teaching me how to hold my cutlery correctly and pronounce words correctly and also for sharing the elusive and secret Hannagan language when I was old enough to know. I will miss your voice, your patience and your joy at seeing me and my children. I will miss you for always and can only hope Grampa has you now - tight in his beautiful arms. We will always love you Nan and will one day see you again. Shannon & family xxx
