I am the girl in the photo with Maria (CTC Prom '06). My name is Katie. Although Maria and I technically aren't sisters, I definatly thought of her as one and always will. Thank you for the compliment.

It doesnt matter what your relationship legally is to Maria, she looks happy to be beside you and thats all that counts at this point in time. She was happy and enjoyed good times in her short live. The memory here is all that matters and it looks like this is a memory Maria probably held dear to her. Treasure your memories of her and NEVER let her be forgotten.

I'm a prior enlisted airman who now attends the Air Force Academy. I have nothing but sorrow for the loss of a fellow service member. She will be missed.

That is my friend. So beautiful, happy, and full of life she was. I miss her more and more each day. Maria, I love you and I will NEVER forget you. Take care of that baby boy and just know that Justice will be served... 0:-)

Maria, I want to tell you how sorry I am that your life ended the way it did. I am not quite sure how to share this with your family, but I hope that in doing so it might be your way of bringing them comfort. Maria's Family, I don't know what Maria's personality may have been in life, she was so young, beautiful, and full of possibility. She looks like someone who enjoyed life to its fullest... I had a dream the night before Maria's body was found, that I was talking to a young woman with blonde hair and glasses, she had her hair pulled back off her face and she spoke with such clarity, she was very serious and very matter of fact, as she described her death which had occured in a house. She then told me that she had been killed to cover up a lie. She said her body would be found in his backyard in a firepit and then the truth would be known. I watch a lot of forensic television series and I am also a nurse so I thought peraps I was just carrying the combination into my dreams. At the time it really did not make much sense to me but I shared the dream with my husband, who later came to me with Maria's story. When I saw her picture, I knew for a fact it was her. I began to follow her story, and was sick to know that she had suffered so much persecution during the last months of her life because of this situation, yet no one had made any attempt to protect her or her unborn child. Heartbreaking... But in my dream, she was not angry, or troubled, it was as if she wanted to be sure that everyone knew that she had been truthful all along...

I just want all of her family and friends to know that he will be found. When he is CAPTURED, he will have to live with what hes done b/c step by step of his actions will HAUNT him. If he doesn't get the "DEATH PENALTY," and is sent to prison, the other INMATES will probably BEAT him to DEATH. Prison life is to good for him.For whom is responsible for having her WEBSITE HACKED that does make you any better of a person. That makes you an ANIMAL just like him and GOD will deal with you as well!!!!!

I would like to say to Maria's family, I'm very sorry this loving lady, your loved one is no longer with us today. I pary that God holds you all in his loving arms, you've had to say goodby to a family member and as a Military person for twenty years, I feel like I've had to say goodby to a one of my little sisters.
