I considered Mike Harvey to be the best friend I have ever had. Anyone who really knew him couldnt help but love him dearly. He and I lived in Mexico together for a while and he came to the states to see me after. I dont know what is going on in Goa..but as anyone who as ever been to such countries should know- dont go alone and dont think for one moment you wont be a victim. I hate that it is that way. How many "Natalie Halloway's" do we have to have before we stop sending our children to these..death resorts. Let them dry up economically until they get their Law and Order together. I'll never go to India now. All my love to the Harvey family from my family in Savannah, Georgia. Chad Dysart, Savannah, USA-Georgia

Mike wanted to explore what was out there and his interest diverse cultures took him to many places around the world. Along the way Mike met loads of people who became immediately captivated by his kind manner and humble presence. Mike also had a natural ability to think and work extremely creatively ? he is the best artist I have ever met and had so much inside of him to show the world through his art. Mike will be deeply missed by the many people that loved him. __My warmest thoughts are with the Harvey family and to everyone else who loved Michael.__With love,__Julie____In your tears and in your blood,__In your fire and in your flood,__I hear you laugh, I heard you sing,__"I wouldn't change a single thing."__-Coldplay__

Too much to be said about Mike Harvey really. I just wanted to pay my respects to a true artist, gent and valuable human being. Like Col and Wonko have already said, there'll be a void without him and no-one else like him. RIP Harvs, your family are in my prayers.

It's not a memory as such more a tribute. To my remarkable brother Mike. The pain i feel inside is unbearable. The thought of not seing your smile or hearing your voice again is to much to take.So talented yet humble.Generous and loving.A star to all your family, friends at home, and around the world.I only hope and pray you went peacefully. We are all crushed. From your devastated brother, with all my love,Col.xxxxx

I grew up with, and went to school with mike.We were once graffite artists, in a group called the t.j.a. We thought we were wonderful at the time.It was the mid 80's. It seemed to be sunny every day.He was definately the stand out artist of us all.He had a fantastic unique talant.Thinking back now just makes me smile. It is a tragic loss to all who knew him, and those who never got to see he's god given talant.I am deeply saddened by he's loss , he was a very funny and genuine person, who would do anything for a friend. The home town which he grew up in , will have a void that will never be filled.I will never forget you mike.Goodbye and may you rest in peace. steve aka wonko.

Even though I dont know Michael, I feel sad about his tragic death and hope God is with him. It was the same place that one of my friends passed away two weeks ago. May you RIP.
