I first met you Paul, in Sydney in Defence. I knew then what Gregry had know for some time, the quality of your person. There was never any doubt. My loss is insignificant to your family's. God's speed, Paul.

Paul you were truly a genuine and talented person. I am saddened to look for you only to find you are gone... I have many fond memories of you and your terrific family... God bless.

Sincere condolences from the Staff and Cadets of Training Ship Sirius. We only had the pleasure of a brief relationship with Paul, but it was clear to us all that he was a caring and gentle soul who had achieved much in his short life. Paul, I just found out. I remember an eager young writer at the cash office at Creswell in 1980. So much potential, passion and professionalism.

Farewell to a fellow sailor and traveller on the journey Christ set before us. Our prayers with his family.
